16 hour water cut in Colombo and suburbs
Colombo, Dehiwala-Mt.Lavinia, Kotte, Kaduwela Municipal Council areas, Maharagama, Borelesgamuwa, Kolonnawa Urban Councils, Kotikawatte- Mulleriyawa pradeshiya sabha and Ratmalana will experience a 16 hour water cut starting from 8.00 a.m. till midnight on Saturday (20), the National Water Supply and Drainage Board said.
The Board said the 16 hour water cut is due to essential maintenance to the power supply line connected to the Ambatale treatment plant.
