Seventeen political parties inked an agreement to establish the Sri Lanka People’s Freedom Alliance (SLPFA) today (Oct 31).
The event was held at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute in Colombo.
The alliance would be represented under the symbol of a Chair at all upcoming elections following the presidential election on November 16.
