A 20-year old woman sustained injuries owing to a fire that broke out at a boarding house in Pepiliyana at 7:30 pm yesterday.
Accordingly, the woman is receiving treatment at the Kalubowila hospital.
Firefighters from the Dehiwala Municipal Council had dispatched the fire brigade and together with the support of the area residents were able to bring the fire under control.
