A 24-hour water stoppage will be imposed in Maharagama, Boralesgamuwa, Homagama and its surrounding areas from 8 am onwards on January 26, the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) said.
The water cut is due to a technical repair on the pipelines, the NWSDB said.
Further, the supply of water will also be temporarily suspended across Kottawa, Pannipititya, Rukmalgama, Pelwatte, Mattegoda, Meepe, and the Padukka areas.
