24-hour water cut in Hokandara on Jul 10 ; several areas to face low water pressure

Water supply will be cut-off to the Hokandara area for 24-hours starting from 9 am onwards on Wednesday (July 10), the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) said.

This is due to a project which is being carried out by the Land Reclamation Authority.

Meanwhile, the NWSB stated that the following areas will experience low water pressure as well.

Colombo Municipal Council areas
Dehiwela - Mount Lavinia Municipal Council areas
Kotte Municipal Council areas
Kaduwela Municipal Council areas
Maharagama Urban Council areas
Mulleriyawa Urban Council areas
Kolonnawa Urban Council areas
Kotikawaththe Pradeshiya Sabha areas
Mulleriyawa Pradeshiya Sabha areas
Ratmalana and Soysapura housing schemes
