28-year old dies following brawl between two groups

A 28-year old man has died after he was attacked by a sharp weapon during a brawl in Kandana last night, police said.

The victim has been identified as Sachin Roshan, a resident of Kandana.

Meanwhile, another individual who was also injured during the brawl between two groups, is receving treatment at the Ragama Hospital.

Kandana police have launched an operation to locate the suspects who had carried out the attacks.
