771 suspects arrested for drunk driving since April 11
A total of 771 suspects have been arrested for drunk driving offences from April 11 - 14, police said.
The total number of cases filed over such offences during the last three days stands at 25, 425.
Over the last 24 hours, 237 suspects were arrested for drunk driving offences, Police Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekara said.
He noted that 6651 cases were filed for committing such law violations during the said timeframe.
