Attorney General Dappula de Livera issued directives to proscribe eleven Islamic organizations allegedly involved in extremist activities in Sri Lanka, a senior official from AG’s Office said.
Details of proscribed organizations as follows:

03. Sri Lanka Thowheeth Jama’ath – SLTJ
04. All Ceylon Thowheeth Jama’ath – ACTJ

06. Dharul Adhar @ Jamiul Adhar
07. Sri Lanka Islamic Student Movement – SLISM
08. Islamic State of Iraq and Syria
09. Al-Qaeda
10. Save the Pearls
