The Aeroflot aircraft which had been prevented from leaving the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) following an order granted by the Commercial High Court of Colombo left the country last evening after the court suspended the order following submissions made by the Attorney General.
The Aeroflot flight SU-289 departed BIA at about 6.11pm yesterday with only five crew members which included the two Russian pilots.
