Air Arabia Abu Dhabi received the Foreign Air Operator Certificate (FAOC) today from the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka after satisfying the necessary technical and operational requirements.
The FAOC was handed over by Mr P. A. Jayakantha, Director General of Civil Aviation & Chief Executive Officer (DGCA & CEO) to Mr Shibin Nazeem - Accountable Manager & Sales Manager of Air Arabia – Abu Dhabi.
The Civil Aviation Inspectors of CAASL examined the application provided by Air Arabia - Abu Dhabi by looking at the organizational structure, capability, availability of qualified and well-trained staff, instruments/equipment, ground handling arrangements, and other necessary facilities & documents for the certification.
