Another stock of 1 million Sinopharm vaccines purchased by the Sri Lankan government arrived in the country today (24).
SriLankan Airlines flight UL-869 from Beijing arrived at the Katunayake Bandaranaike International Airport at 5.09 with the 16,887 kilogram stock of vaccines.
After unloading the consignment of vaccines, they were deposited in the refrigerator at the Airport Cargo Village and later transported to the Central Drug Store Complex in Colombo by refrigerated lorries of the State Pharmaceuticals Corporation.
