The bank accounts of the owner of the website and 10 other suspects allegedly involved in operating a website and trading a 15-year-old girl to be sexually exploited were frozen, Police source said.
The owner of the website from Panadura was in possession of more than Rs 50 million in his bank accounts.
In addition he had two fixed deposits of USD12,199. All his bank accounts were frozen.
In addition the Finance Manager had rupees seven million in his account which was also frozen.
A total amounting to Rs 10 million of all the suspects has been frozen.
Meanwhile some of the suspects involved in the incident were produced in courts.
