The Supreme Courts today dismissed a Fundamental Rights application filed by a British National who claimed she was ordered to leave the country for supporting the ‘Aragalaya’ public protests.
The court ordered British National Kayleigh Fraser to pay Rs 100,000 as legal cost.
The petition was dismissed by a bench comprising Buwaneka Aluvihare, S. Thurairaja and Janak de Silva.
The petitioner had sought a cancellation of an order of deportation
