The Colombo High Court today (6) imposed a 12-year rigorous prison sentence on a private bus driver.
The sentenced driver was found guilty of reckless driving and claiming three lives in Mirihana in January 2007.
Meanwhile, the owner of the bus received a 15-month sentence suspended for 15 years.
