Bus fares to rise due to fuel price hike
The National Transport Commission (NTC) announced that bus fares will rise by 19.5% with effect from midnight today (24).
Accordingly, the minimum bus fare will be increased to Rs. 32.
The bus fares will be increased in line with the fuel price hike announced today.
The NTC today issued the revised bus fare list for 350 categories of bus fares. The price of expressway bus fares are also expected to go up.
