The case against former Fisheries Minister Dr Rajitha Senaratne and two others for leasing the Modara fisheries harbour for an amount less than the value has been fixed for November 10.
Former Director Upali Liyanage and ex Managing Director Neli Ravindra Maunasinghe are the other accused in the case.
Seventeen witnesses and 55 documents have been cited as evidence in the case filed by the Bribery Commission.
The case was taken up before High Court Judge Mohamed Irshadeen and fixed for November 10.
