Cinnamon prices drop

The Agriculture Department says that the prices of Cinnamon have dropped in the Local market.

The highest grade of Ceylon cinnamon which is “Alba cinnamon” available in the local Cinnamon market.

The Agriculture Department said the present price drop is by Rs.500 where a kilogram of Alba Cinnamon is sold for Rs. 4,800 to Rs. 5,000.
