The Court of Appeal (CoA) has nullified the government directive to constrain the retirement of personnel above 60 years of age in four grades of the Sri Lankan Nursing Services.
Hence, the CoA has issued an order recalling all individuals aged over 60 of the relevant four grades who had already been sent into retirement based upon the said order to return to duties.
