Eminent Sri Lankan Traditional Dancer Kalasuri, Vishwa Kala Keerthi Rajini Selvanayagam passed away on Friday (October 20).

She has been denoted as an eminent Dance Instructor who dedicated her life to preserving and fostering unique Sri Lankan dance compositions.

Her dance school “Chamara Kala Nikethanaya” was established in 1975, with a forward-looking approach to promote a society abundant in culture, tradition and customs through dance.

Information concerning her funeral arrangements will be announced in due time.
