Demonstration in Jaffna demanding removal of gas depot
A demonstration was held in front of the main distribution depot in Jaffna demanding the removal of the gas cylinder depot today.
The protest took place in front of a warehouse located on Kottadi Hospital Road in Jaffna.
More than a hundred people attended the demonstration and chanted slogans calling for the immediate removal of the distribution centre claiming that it was life-threatening. (Pix by N. Lohathayalan)
