The funeral of the family of four who were killed during a landslide at Algama in Devanagala, Aranayake, was held last afternoon with the participation of a large crowd.
Many mourners took part in the funeral, despite travel restrictions and social distancing guidelines imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The mother, father, son and daughter were all buried at the Devanagala Thalgamuwa Cemetery together amid tributes of a large crowd comprising relatives of the victims and area residents.
