Those who have not yet received official polling cards for the upcoming presidential polls through the mail have been requested to contact their local post offices to inquire about their voting cards from the area post offices.
The Election Commission (EC) declared in a statement that the Postal Department’s official polling card distribution to homes came to an end on September 14.
According to the EC, people who have not received their polling cards can contact the post offices today, September 18, tomorrow, September 19, and Friday, September 20, with questions about their voter registration.
The EC added that anyone who has not yet received their poll cards can pick them up by presenting their registration identification at the relevant post office.
The public can also access the website https://eservices.elections.
The official polling card is not required in order to cast a ballot, according to the EC. Any registered voter whose name appears on the voter registration list for 2024 and who possesses a valid identity card may cast their vote at their assigned polling station.
