A proposal to introduce LANKAQR method to pay at expressway counters has been approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Once implemented, drivers using expressways will be able to pay the toll within eight to ten seconds by scanning the QR code through LANKAQR active mobile payment app of any bank at the paying gate by indicating the relevant amount of money on their mobile phone.
