Former Kalpitiya OIC remanded
The Kalpitiya former OIC Sugath Nishantha Kumara accused of sexually abusing a trainee woman police constable was remanded until March 13 by the Puttalam Magistrate Ayoma Wimalaratna.
He was remanded under the Witness protection Act.
