President Ranil Wickremesinghe put forward three special proposals this year for the International Conference on Climate Change “COP 28”.
The three proposals are to create a Climate University in Sri Lanka, to establish a Climate Justice Forum for third world countries that are inconvenienced by the activities of developed countries, and to set up a forum for tropical rainforests.
