The price of imported milk powder will be reduced with effect from today, according to the Minister of Food, Trade and Commerce Nalin Fernando.
A kilogram of imported milk powder will therefore be reduced by Rs. 250 or 300.
Additionally, the Minister Fernando announced that 400 grams of imported milk powder will also cost between Rs. 100 and Rs. 130 less.
