In Pictures: Final respects to Most Ven. Kotugoda Dhammawasa Thera
Many Buddhist monks, politicians and members of the public are paying their final respects to the Maha Nayaka Thera of the Amarapura Maha Nikaya, Most Venerable Aggamaha Panditha Kotugoda Dhammawasa Thera.
The Thera passed away yesterday at a private hospital where he was being treated. He was 88 years of age at the time of his death.
