A group of students of the Inter University Bhikkhu Federation (IUBF) staged a protest march to the Education Ministry premises in Isurupaya, Battaramulla yesterday. About 70 protesters took part in the march, calling on the government to immediately halt alleged attempts to privatise the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka.
