A large number of devotees from various parts of the island gathered for the Madhu feast held today (15).
Following the main ceremony, a statue of Lady Madhu was carried in procession throughout the church grounds to pay homage to the devotees.
A Sri Lankan man was apprehended at Suvarnabhumi airport for attempting to smuggle wildlife out of the country after three ball pythons were found hidden in his underwear, the Bangkok post reported.
