In Pictures: Tense scenes at IUSF protest march against KNDU Bill

News

The Inter University Students' Federation (IUSF) today held a protest march against the proposed Kotelawala National Defence University (KNDU) Bill.

The protesters attempted to march towards Parliament but were stopped by police barricades, leading to tense scenes between protesters and police.

Heavy traffic prevailed in the area while the protest was taking place.
