In Pix: public health graduates protest over private Uni recruits
Public Health Science graduates, joined by the Inter-University Student Council, staged a protest in Colombo yesterday (May 27) against the recruitment of UGC-approved private university degree holders into the state health sector. Protesters warned the move could erode healthcare standards and called for the closure of private universities offering such qualifications.
