All institutions involved in Colombo city beautification will receive liquid organic fertilizer manufactured by the Western province Agriculture Ministry.
Organic fertilizer will be distributed free of charge on the instructions of Governor of Western province, former Air Force Commander Roshan Gunathilake.
Director of Police Environment Division Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Roshan Rajapaksa distributed stocks of organic fertilizer to all heads of police environment divisions within the city to be given to institutions involved in beautification project.
