Travel restrictions were lifted this morning (21) and people in Colombo were seen moving about freely attending to chores. Super markets, banks, grocery shops were full of people not to mention the wine stores. Even trains were operating today after a long layoff.
While people were enjoying the freedom they got, police were busy reminding the public that everything is not alright and they should be following all the health guidelines to save their lives.
