Foreign Secretary of India Vinay Mohan Kwatra was called on President Ranil Wickremesinghe at the Ministry of Defence a short while ago, reported the President's Media Division (PMD).
Kwatra arrived in Sri Lanka on an official two-day visit yesterday (July 10) and is expected to develop agreements pertinent to President Ranil Wickremesinghe’s visit to New Delhi scheduled for July 20.
