Infant killed, 20 others injured
An infant was killed and 20 others were injured in the Gurulupotha area on the Mahiyanganaya - Kandy road this morning, Police said.
The driver had lost control of the vehicle due to failure in the brakes.
The private bus had run off the road as a result.
The passengers who residents of the Bible area were returning home after a pilgrimage.
