Colombo District Court today issued an injunction order preventing the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) from removing Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka from the party positions.
He is currently the Chairman of the party.
The injunction order was sought after the party membership called for his removal from party positions in view of his adverse remarks about the party.
Customs have detected 228 mobile phones and tabs valued at over Rs 30 million left behind in the duty free shopping complex at the Banaranaike International Airport today, Customs officials said.
