Interprovincial travel restrictions to be lifted on October 31
The ongoing interprovincial travel restrictions will be lifted with effect from 4 am on October 31, Army Commander General Shavendra Silva said.
Though over a month-long quarantine curfew was lifted on October 1, the interprovincial travel restrictions remained in effect till end of the month being extended several times.
