President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has instructed opening of the country on Friday (October 01), Head of National Operations Centre for the Prevention of the Spread of COVID-19 General Shavendra Silva said.
Activities and functions permitted after re-opening of the country will be released by the Health Ministry tomorrow (30), he said.
Quarantine curfew was imposed on August 20 after a surge of COVID deaths.
