MP Janaka Wakkumbura was sworn in as the State Minister of Environment before President Ranil Wickremesinghe a short while ago.
This is in addition to the State Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government position held.
Customs have detected 228 mobile phones and tabs valued at over Rs 30 million left behind in the duty free shopping complex at the Banaranaike International Airport today, Customs officials said.
