The Prices of Litro LP Gas cylinders will be increased with effect from midnight today, the Chairman of Litro Gas Company Muditha Peiris said.
Accordingly the 12.5kg cylinder has been increased by Rs.334 and the new price will be Rs.4,743.
The 5kg cylinder will be increased by Rs.134 and the new price is Rs.1,904. The 2.3kg cylinder is to be increased by Rs.61 and the new price will be Rs.883.
Mr Peiris said that the increase in world market prices of gas had forced them to revise the prices.
