Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa has congratulated newly elected President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
“I wish him much success in leading the country forward and in ensuring a united and stronger Sri Lanka,” Mr. Rajapaksa said in a message on X( formerly Twitter).
Customs have detected 228 mobile phones and tabs valued at over Rs 30 million left behind in the duty free shopping complex at the Banaranaike International Airport today, Customs officials said.
