Major fuel price increase announced by CPC

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has announced a major fuel price increase with effect from midnight today (March 21).

Accordingly the price of a litre of Octane 92 petrol has been increased by Rs 81 and the new price will be Rs 398 (Previous price Rs 317)

Octane 95 has been increased by Rs 90 per litre. The new price is Rs 455 per litre (Previous price Rs 365).

Lanka Auto Diesel price has been increased by Rs 79 and the new price is Rs 382 per litre (Previous price Rs 303).

Lanka Super Diesel has been increased by Rs 90 per litre . The new price is Rs 443 per litre (Previous price Rs 353).

Kerosene oil has been increased by Rs 60 and accordingly the new price will be Rs 255 per litre (Previous price Rs 195)
