A man planning to carryout a murder has been arrested by the Police and the pistol to be used for the murder has been seized, Police Spokesman SSP Nihal Thalduwa said.
He said that the man has 28 cases pending against him.
SSP Thalduwa said that another suspect with eight cases pending against him too was arrested.
The arrests came amidst an increase of shooting incidents in the country.
