A man who distributed illicit liquor for several years, posing off as a fish vendor has been arrested by the Katunayake Police.
The 44 year old vendor had been distributing the liquor on his motor cycle with the liquor concealed in a box similar to that used by fish vendors.
Police had followed his movements for several weeks had arrested him with illicit liquor which he claimed had a value of Rs 200,000.
