PC arrested over Ganemulla Sanjeewa’s shooting

A Constable from the Athurugiriya Police was arrested by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) over the killing of Ganemulla Sanjeewa and remanded till March 7.

The van used by the shooter to escape was alleged to have been in his possession.

Investegations also revealed that the vehicles chassis number, engine number and number plate were fake.

The PC was identified as Senkonda Arachchige Hasitha Roshan.
