Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe is to make a special statement in Parliament this morning (7) on the country's current situation.
Parliament is due to convene at 10.00am today when the PM, who is also the Minister of Finance, will present a new Supplementary Estimate of Rs. 695 billion. After Mr Wickremesinghe delivers his statement, Parliament will hold an adjournment debate on the said statement until 5.30 pm.
The debate on the Government's Supplementary Estimate will be held tomorrow (8) until 5.30pm.
