MIRIHANA: 27 year old arrested for burning a former Minister's house on May 9. 

MIRIGAMA: 50 year old arrested for burning a cab, in which the Dambulla Mayor travelled in, on May 9. 

AKURESSA: 66 year old beaten to death over a family dispute. 

DEMATAGODA: 31 year old arrested for a range of robberies and possession of a foreign produced gun and a live handbomb. 

KURUNEGALA: 34 year old arrested for possession of locally produced live handbomb.
