The Chief of the Pakistan Navy, Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi met President Ranil Wickremesinghe at his office this morning.
Mr. Nazi had discussions with President Wickremesinghe on enhancing the regional maritime cooperation between Sri Lanka and Pakistan, alongside exploring opportunities for the further expansion of maritime activities between the two nations.
The Navy Chief of Pakistan presented a commemorative gift to President Wickremesinghe to signify the event.
A group of senior naval officials from both countries attended the event.
