The annual chariot festival of iconic Nallur Kandaswamy temple was held today with the participation of thousands of devotees from across the country and diaspora.
The religious prayers commenced at 4.30 am and the main deities arrived at the chariot by 7.30 am. Devotees who gathered to mark the day of Lord Skanda from various parts of the country and diaspora communities. (Pix by N. Lohathayalan)
