The Fort Magistrates Courts ordered the police to record a statement from former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa on the Rs. 18 Mn recovered from the President's House by protesters on July 9. 2022.
The Police officers were also ordered to conduct an investigation based on the statement recorded from Mr Rajapaksa.
The Cash was found by the anti government protesters who stormed the President's House.
